Fulwood Leisure Centre
Fulwood Leisure Centre in Preston gives you a modern gym with cardio machines and free weights, plus two swimming pools including a 25-metre pool for lane swimming and a teaching pool for lessons. Join group cycle, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, boxfit or dance fitness classes, and there are aqua sessions in the pool. The health suite has a sauna and steam room for post-workout relaxation, while kids can play in our soft play area. Squash courts offer something different if you want to mix up your routine.
