When can we arrive?
You may arrive 15 minutes before your party start time to unload food and settle in. Please note, you cannot arrive earlier than this.

Where is the eating area?
Eating areas are in our café. You will have access to the eating area 15 minutes before your allocated eating time, and the café will be responsible for facilitating the eating room during this time.

How long do we get in the inflatable area?
The inflatable session lasts 45 minutes. This is to allow for changeover between parties.

Are toilets nearby?
Yes, toilets are in our dry side changing rooms next to the sports hall. Children must be always accompanied by an adult.

Is supervision provided?
Yes, there will be a party host to supervise the inflatable area during the session, but parents remain responsible for supervising children throughout the party.

Can younger siblings join in?
The large inflatable is suitable for ages up to 10 years old. We have a smaller bouncy castle for children under 5 years.

What is the maximum number of children allowed?
There is a maximum of 30 children per party.

Can we bring decorations or party food?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food and decorations. Please note that alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.

What if we need to cancel?
Refunds can only be considered on production of a medical certificate for the party child. The management reserves the right to cancel parties due to unforeseen circumstances.

Is equipment guaranteed?
Party equipment is subject to availability.

No. You are responsible for supervising all children during the party.

The play area is strictly for children aged 6 and under.

Can we bring decorations or party food?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food and decorations. Please note that alcohol is strictly prohibited.

What size are the tables and how many are supplied?
Our tables are 2m by 1m. We provide 5 tables along with 30 chairs for eating, 1 additional table for your party food and additional chairs for adults.
