Fitness Classes

With over 20 fitness classes a week our range of classes offer something for all abilities, ages and fitness levels.

As well as a packed programme of both instructor led and virtual classes, there are also additional 'on demand' Indoor Cycling sessions included in your centre's timetable.  Simply pop into and select a class of your choice. Our Fitness Instructors are on hand if you require further information or guidance

Yoga

Embrace the flow of natural body movements to develop strength, flexibility and a peaceful state of mind. From energetic routines to slow, serene sequences, Yoga classes balance movement and meditation to help you feel better inside and out.

Pilates

Gently train your physique and improve core strength in a calming, yet challenging atmosphere. Pilates exercises focus on concentration and muscle control, to build a revived and resilient you. Our Pilates class is great for lengthening and strengthening your core.

Circuits

Push your workout to the next level with high intensity circuit training. Circuit routines provide a rigorous, all-body workout as you tackle a sequence of physical challenges designed to get you fitter and stronger. Better for: Strength, stamina and endurance.

Dance Fitness

Dance yourself fit! Our ranges of Dance Aerobics classes combine exercise and choreography with infectious music to keep you motivated every step of the way. Choose from one of our themed or discipline-based classes. Better for: Cardio fitness.

Group Cycle

Pedal your way fit. Cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music, or focus on achiefving your goals in one of our diciplined based classes Better for: Lower body strength and conditioning.

HIIT

Push yourself to the limit with 55 minutes of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods that will keep your heart rate up and help you reach your goals quicker.

Power Pump

Get your body pumping to a driving beat with one of our motivating pump fitness classes. Fusing high-energy routines with challenging weights, our pump workouts are a full-body blast that will put you on the fast track to fitness. Better for: Strength and conditioning of all major muscle groups.

Zumba

It’s time to ditch the dull routines and join the party with Zumba. This class blends Latin international rhythms and easy-to-follow moves, great for weight loss and general fitness. Through both low and high intensity movements, you’ll be dancing your way through this calorie burning dance workout.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Sculpt, tone, conditioning and build strength whilst focusing on your Bums, Tums and Thighs. This class does exactly what is says on the tin – what more could you ask for!

Body Conditioning

Once you start, you won’t ever want to stop. These intense, exciting classes combine cardio and conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout. Body Conditioning will get you a "head to toe" toning workout in this freestyle format class. This full body workout is achieved through high repetition movement and non-cardio exercises. This class uses body bars, barbells, dumbbells and more. Better for: Strength and conditioning.
