Start your fitness journey with FitQuest

FitQuest can be found at Better Gym Belfast, Olympia leisure centre, Andersonstown Leisure centre and Lisnasharragh leisure centre.  It uses basic core skills tests used by sports scientists.

Users will be tested on the following - motor sensory control, explosive power, upper body strength, speed ability / leg endruance, cardiovascular health and body composition, with a data base of 42,000+ users and growing to compare your own results against. 

Fitquests body composition test uses BIA (biolectrical impedance analysis) and BIS (biolectrical impedance spectroscopy) to give users information on their body composition fat / water / muscle.  It also gives users information on any muscular imbalances. 

The information FitQuest gives is invaluable to anyone starting their fitness journey.  FitQuest assessments are free for members, if you would like some guidance please contact any member of the team.
