Meet Roman - Inspirational Member stories

Meet Roman - one of our long standing members who is a hero for many. He has been a member for numerous years and visits without fail every week consistently. He is a real role model for the other members.

Roman was recently interviewed for a TV programme on healthy living.

"I have been complemented on numerous occasions by members of the gym. "What is the secret?" I am self-motivated. I am an inspiration for other members, considering I'm 75 years old. I have been noted during my workouts with excellent comments. When it snowed heavily, a member was considering not to come to the gym. He actually thought of me, and he came after all. -call that true inspiration?. Another member on the same day stated, "I knew you will be here." I'm going to the gym three times a combination being mentally and physically active."

Roman continues to train and keep active and healthy whilst using our facilities at Better Gym Bradford.
