Our brand new extended and upgraded Functional Fitness Zone is packed with top-of-the-range machines including Ski-Ergs, Skill mill treadmills, Assault Bikes and a brand new functional Fitness Frame. It doesn’t stop there we have also invested in top-of-the range functional equipment including Kettle Bells, Core Bags, Thai Bag, TRX suspension training kits, Quad Sled, Escape Barrow and much more. The brand new functional zone has over 6 dedicated classes every week
It gets even better, a range of brand new and improved gym equipment has been installed across the gym floor. This includes the replacement of some Kinesis kit & cardio machines and has seen the see installation of brand new Stair Climbers, Skill Mills, Skill Rowers, plate loaded machines and much more.
A brand new dedicated group cycle studio has been created for you to enjoy interactive and exciting group cycle classes. With top of the range equipment including 25 new spin bikes, sound system and state of the art lighting it’s the perfect environment…… We have over 15 spin classes per week, with some classes starting at 6:45am for the early risers, 12:00pm for the midday warriors and 20:00pm for the night owls.
It doesn’t stop there; the free-weight area has been extended creating a bigger area for your strength & conditioning workouts. As part of this extension we have also added additional dumbbells, adjustable benches, two additional squat racks, plus the introduction of five brand new plate loaded strength machines including, a pure strength Leg Press, pure strength Chest Press, pure strength row and pure strength pull down.
