Let Hammersmith Squash and Fitness Centre fill your summer holidays with fitness and a feel good energy.

Junior Gym is becoming very popular within Better Gyms and we know why! It’s a brilliant way to get teens moving their bodies, building healthy habits and feeling great along the way. Our fitness team are incredibly passionate about getting 11-17year olds exercising in a helpful and friendly environment.

Now School is out for summer, there is no better time to start!

Let Hammersmith Squash and Fitness Centre has created a unique offering within our local community, allowing children to use the fantastic training facilities. Providing a safe, educational and motivating training environment. Fitness Instructors running the Junior Sessions and always on hand to offer help and advice.

The club has also created additional morning sessions in all holiday periods, to get the day off to the best start:

Mon – Fri

10:00-12:00

16:00-18:00

Weekends

12:00-16:00

Fun Fitness classes are a great way to work up a sweat, whilst focusing on technique and improving fitness levels. These 30 min classes specifically tailored to juniors run weekdays. Junior Table Tennis is also available to book during Junior Gym times so grab a paddle and play a game or two.

All Junior receive a personalised induction, giving them the opportunity to discuss individual goals with one of our qualified fitness team and be guided through a variety of exercises. Juniors will also receive an exercise program to get them started and pave the way for a successful fitness journey.
