New Fitness Class - Dance Fitness (Rumba) - Mondays 7pm-8pm
We are pleased to say we have launched a brand new class to the fitness class timetable.
Dance Fitness (Rumba)
Mondays
7-8pm
with Tori
Fun-packed, easy to follow dance routines set to a soundtrack of catchy tunes to get you singing as well as dancing this class is designed to help focus on your posture, technique, connection, musicality, space awareness and moves to make you more versatile and fluid.
We have also made the next two classes (19th Feb and 26th Feb) free, so if you are not already a member or want to bring down a friend, you/they can book a space without charge!

Strength
Do you want a stronger and more sculpted body? Our Strength fitness classes are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and leaner incorporating free weights, deadlifts and other compound exercises that you may not normally use or feel confident training with on your own.
Group Cycle
Ready to sweat? Our Group cycle classes take place on stationary bikes in our dedicated spin studio. We turn the lights down and the music up to ensure you burn some serious calories in a lively, atmospheric and motivating environment.
Dance Fitness (Rumba)
Are you in the mood to boogie? Our Dance Fitness classes will keep you motivated with fresh choreography, uplifting music to shake to and exercise moves that bring a little Rumba flair!
Boxfit
A class that really packs a punch! Our Boxfit class uses a mixture of boxing techniques to get your heart pumping, leaving you feeling fitter, stronger and fighting fit.
Body Conditioning
Once you start, you won’t want to stop! Our intense and exciting Body Conditioning classes combine cardio and body conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout!
Pilates (Trigger Point)
Our Trigger Point Pilates class is great for recovery as it focuses on releasing tight muscles, realigning your body, alleviating pain and increasing functional mobility in a calm and relaxing studio environment.
