Ready to book?
Please have a debit or credit card ready to pay for your activity. All bookings are subject to your membership type, programme and booking rules.
Don’t worry, you’ll only have to follow this process once!
Members (Prepaid and Pay & Play)
- Sign up as a new user to the website.
- Once registered, log in.
- Click on ‘Connect to my membership’ or ‘Activate online bookings’. You’ll then be asked to enter your membership number and at least one more additional detail (postcode, date of birth, phone number) to confirm your membership.
- Once your online profile is connected to your leisure centre membership you can start booking online.
- When you have made your online booking you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- All bookings need to be paid for at the time of booking ‘online’ before ‘booking’.
- Any paid-for activity booked online is non-refundable.
Non-members
- Sign up as a new user to the website.
- Once registered, log in.
- Click on ‘Activate online bookings’. Create an online profile – this will allow you to make future bookings.
- When you have made your online booking you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- All bookings need to be paid for at the time of booking ‘online’ before ‘booking’.
- Any paid-for activity booked online is non-refundable.
Members in Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Reigate & Banstead and York:
If you’re an existing member who joined before 1 August 2011, you’ll need to prefix your membership number (handwritten in the signature strip on the back of your membership card) with the letters NUF, so that your membership number can be recognised. So for example, you might type in NUF123456789 when you are asked to connect to your membership. Please do not include any hyphens that may form part of your handwritten membership number.
About booking online
- Online bookings are open 24 hours a day.
- Prepaid and Pay & Play Members are able to book activities up to 6 days in advance, from 9am on the sixth day.
- Non-members can book up to 5 days in advance, from 9am on the fifth day. Activities must be paid for at time of booking.
- When you arrive at the centre, you can use the kiosk to get your admission ticket and then swipe/scan yourself in via the turnstile (where available).
- If you are a Prepaid member booking an activity that is inclusive of your membership and need to cancel your activity, you can do this online. However, if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance or you are a 'no show', you are liable to pay the cost of the unused activity in addition to your monthly subscription.
- Any paid for activity booked online is non-refundable.
- Adults participating in a junior activity must be booked as an adult activity.
