Family Fun Swim
Leyton Leisure Centre are pleased to announce that Family Fun Swim will be extended on weekends to 6pm from Saturday 23rd September 2023.
Main pool, teaching pool, aqua play and flume will all be available. All Family Fun Swim sessions are for 1 hour from time of booking.
We recommend booking online or via Better UK app as tickets sell out fast
Pool admissions will need to comply with the Swim Safely Rules:
- Under 8’s and non-swimmers under 16 must be accompanied by a competent adult swimmer.
- No more than two under 8’s or non-swimmers under 16 to each competent adult swimmer.
- The competent adult swimmer must actively supervise under 8’s and non-swimmers under 16.
- Under 8’s and all non-swimmers must remain in shallow water
- We strongly recommend under 8’s and all non-swimmers use armbands and/or an appropriate buoyancy aid.
Advice to adult non swimmers
- It is recommended that non-swimmers over the age of 16 are accompanied in the water by a competent adult swimmer

What should I wear?
There is a photo of what to wear in the clothing section of the swim safety rules and advice. Please also note the other guidance about tummy troubles and showering before and after use of our pools.
Do you provide towels?
No, we don’t provide towels. You will need to bring a towel, appropriate swim wear, and a £1 coin for the locker.
Do you charge for locker use?
You need a £1 coin but this returned after use.
Is there somewhere for me to store a buggy?
Yes, we have a buggy park near reception but please only bring if necessary as space is limited.
I have booked but can no longer attend, can I reschedule?
We understand unforeseen circumstances can happen and plans can change. You can cancel your booking online or via the Better UK app up to 4 hours before your booking. You will automatically receive a credit on your account to re-book.
