Whether you are a member or not, you are able to sign up to take part in a free activity! All activities must be booked in advance, either through the app, in centre or online.

Activities can be booked via the website, simply choose your local leisure centre then go to the timetable to book here: https://www.better.org.uk/book-activity

Together with UKActive, we want you to get involved and recognise the life-long physical and mental health benefits that being active can have. With more than a quarter of the population classed as inactive, completing on average less than 30 mins of exercise per week, National Fitness Day is promoting Your Health Is For Life.

National Fitness Day aims to bring people together through participation in Physical Activity, and encourage individuals to see participating in this free activity as a step in a much bigger journey, as after all, your health is for life!
