Here at Wellsprings Leisure Centre we have 2 fantastic studios which includes a dedicated group cycling studio. Staying motivated can be a challenge, but with the over 40 fitness classes each week, you'll find the perfect way to keep active.
From Total body Conditioning and Group Cycling to Yoga and Pilates, we've got something to suit everyone. Whatever your goal, fitness or fun, we've got classes for the whole community.
Our fitness classes are grouped into key categories listed below. This will help you identify the right classes for you.
LET'S BE STRONG - Start building a better you. Choose from loads of great, motivational group activities that’ll help you strengthen and condition your whole body. Classes include Total Body Conditioning and Les Mills Body Pump.
LET’S FOCUS - Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes, which will leave you feeling refreshed and revived. Classes include Yoga, Pilates and Les Mills Body Balance.
LET'S WORK IT - Get your heart pumping and feel better, as we move together in these fast-paced, high-energy classes. Classes include Extreme Interval Fitness, Circuits, Group Cycle and Les Mills Body Combat
LET’S MOVE - Get fit and feel great. These fun, energising group activities are guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
LETS TARGET - Smaller groups for greater focus. These classes take place on the gym floor and offer intense training with a real focus on exercise technique. Using a range of equipment and body weight, exercises will target and focus on either stamina and endurance, strength and conditioning, functional or cardio.
