Corporate FAQs
How does a corporate membership work?
Most corporate gym membership schemes in the UK offer multiple employees from the same company access to facilities for a lower price per person. Memberships are usually paid for by employers, or by employees as part of an opt-in benefits programme.
When signing up for a Better corporate fitness partnership, both options are available. If it’s employee-paid, then there is a monthly Direct Debit. If it’s employer-paid, then payment is taken via a company annual invoice.
What are the benefits of a corporate gym membership?
Improving the physical and mental health of your employees and colleagues fosters a good work-life balance and can help your workforce feel happier, more productive and valued.
By helping employees to stay fit and healthy, employers can expect to reap the rewards when it comes to sick leave and long-term health problems. Corporate perks like a gym membership increase employee engagement and can help you attract and retain good quality staff.
