Do customers need to download a new version of the app?

For soft launch locations, customers will not be required to make any changes.
For the national roll out, customers may be required to download the latest version of the Better UK app to see the upgrades.
Customers will be prompted to do this when opening the app and will not be required to log in again once the new app has been downloaded.
