What membership do customers need to gain access?

Customers on a UK membership will get access to all features available.
Customers on a partnership and centre only memberships will have access to all features except the 24/7 GP Support and Prescriptions.
24/7 GP Support and Prescriptions is only available to UK-wide members.
Junior members will only be able to access the ‘kids and teens’ on demand content tile.
Pay as You Go and Resident Card holders will not get access to exclusive offers, virtual health or the healthy habits coach. They will also only be given access to ‘try without membership’ taster on demand content.
The Live Better Online-only membership will provide customers with access to all online Live Better features (excluding 24/7 GP and prescriptions) without any booking privileges at GLL facilities.
