How do I edit a habit?

  • Login to the Better UK app
  • open the ‘Healthy Habits Coach’ page (under the Live Better section, Healthy Habits Coach)
  • under ‘Habits for today’ tap on the habit you want to edit
    • here you can change your habit goal
    • the days or times you’ve set
    • change the time of habit reminders or turn them on/off
  • to save, tap ‘SAVE’ at the bottom of the page.
