How do I edit a habit?
- Login to the Better UK app
- open the ‘Healthy Habits Coach’ page (under the Live Better section, Healthy Habits Coach)
- under ‘Habits for today’ tap on the habit you want to edit
- here you can change your habit goal
- the days or times you’ve set
- change the time of habit reminders or turn them on/off
- to save, tap ‘SAVE’ at the bottom of the page.
