How to add a new habit?
- Log in to the Better UK app
- open the ‘Healthy Habits Coach’ page (under the Live Better section, Healthy Habits Coach)
- under ‘Habits for today’, tap the button ‘Add a new habit / browse habits’.
- Can’t see the ‘Add a new habit / browse habits’? That’s most likely because you can have up to six habits at any one time, so if you already have six, you'll have to delete another one first.
