Onboarding questions don't feel applicable

  • Please keep in mind that some questions and answers may not always feel directly relevant to you.  
  • These questions build an overall idea of the user’s health and wellbeing picture, and although we try our best, they are not designed to, or able to capture every detail, so please choose the closest answer to your experience.  
  • Regardless of these questions, once you are in the app itself, you can tailor and use it in the best way that works for you.
  • This is the advice that we give all users, as everyone is unique, and it can take a little trial and error to find the ways in which it can be most helpful and relevant to you.
  • As you know your body best, we suggest browsing through the service and trying some of the smaller habits that feel suitable to you and starting gently (and if you're not sure, ask your healthcare provider for advice).
  • The approach is all about taking small steps, and with over 100 habits in the app, spanning sleep, activity, mental health and nutrition, we strive to have something for everyone.
