The Holly Health Service doesn't feel personalised

  • As Holly Health is a fully digital service, the suggestions are intended as a starting point in relation to your health goals and current lifestyle habits, but at times may require some customisation or trial and error to work best for you, this process can be helpful as a reflection exercise.
  • If the current recommendations don’t feel quite right for you, there is a wide range of over 100 habits, articles, and videos that you can browse.
  • Holly Health aims to offer something that suits everyone’s needs and preferences. It doesn’t provide direct healthcare or wellbeing support/advice on an individual basis.
  • If you have feedback to share directly with the creators of Holly Health, please share it via the in-app Feedback box, accessed this way:
    • Login to the Better UK app
    • open the Healthy Habits Coach service (under the Live Better section, Healthy Habits Coach)
    • open the Settings cog when on the Today page of the Healthy Habits Coach (top right)
    • press ‘Share feedback’.
