What is Holly Health Coaching Service?

Built by a team of psychology and product experts, Holly Health is a personalised digital health-coaching service that helps people build sustainable habits across sleep, movement, nutrition, and mental wellbeing. It is designed to support long-term, positive behaviour change and provides tailored recommendations, habit tracking, a content library with articles and videos, and tools for monitoring mood, energy, stress, weight and more.  

The user journey involves:

  1. A chatflow onboarding process including goal setting, a wellbeing check for current lifestyle and wellbeing areas, personalised habit recommendations and habit setup
  2. After the onboarding chatflow, you will see our Today coaching page with day-to-day coaching features and content, and centred around the habits you are working on
  3. The Better UK app will send 4 types of coaching notifications
    1. Habit reminders (daily if the habit is daily)
    2. Experiment reminders (frequency depends on the experiment)
    3. Motivational messages (usually 1 per day, or per 2 days)
    4. A notification to say notifications have been switched off (after 3 weeks of no activity on the habit coaching page)
