Gym
The fitness gym was refurbished and extended in 2012 and is being refurbished in 2019 with brand new kit, we expect this to be completed by August 2019.
Currently it houses a comprehensive range of state of the art equipment. The area has five zoned areas including resistance, cardio, performance, a functional zone.
Membership gives you unlimited use plus free personalised programme and induction. Our memberships are monthly rolling contracts, therefore you just need to provide us with 30 days notice if you would like to cancel. We have discounted memberships available too. All memberships can be seen on our joining page.
We also have pay and go options available and non member guestpasses.
