Trinity Leisure Centre on Strand Road provides swimming and sports facilities for Carlisle families, particularly those learning to swim. The 17-metre pool has separate male and female group changing rooms and swimming lessons that bring kids and adults through every level. There's also a teaching pool for beginners finding their confidence in the water. Beyond swimming, the sports hall opens up space for badminton and other activities, while the gym gives you equipment for your regular workouts. We host birthday parties and run holiday camps that keep children active during school breaks. Opening hours are 4pm-9pm on weekdays and 9am-3pm on Saturdays, fitting around school and weekend schedules. We partner with Trinity School to support local swimming education.
