Junior Gym sessions are tailored to address the specific needs and interests of children and teenagers aged 11 to 17. These sessions provide a fun and safe environment for young people to enhance their physical fitness and develop healthy habits from a young age.
Junior Gym
Our Junior Gym sessions for ages 11–17 offer a fantastic way for young people to stay active, whether they’re just starting out or already enthusiastic about fitness and sport. Under the guidance of fully qualified Fitness Instructors, participants can exercise in a safe, supervised setting while building confidence, learning proper techniques, and getting helpful advice whenever they need it.
Adult and Junior Gym
With our Adult and Junior Gym sessions, pre-paid adult members can bring a junior along at no extra cost. The session must be booked by the adult using their membership, and juniors are required to stay under the adult’s supervision throughout.
