Based in the heart of Gosforth our leisure centre has much to offer. Our gym set over two floors boasts three distinctively different areas to workout in. We have a cardio area with Technogym and Life fitness machines, a free weights area with Barbells, a trap bar, an E-Z bar, a squat rack and dumbbells up to 40kg and a resistant machine area with a variety of Life fitness and Hammer Strength pin and plate loaded equipment. We are constantly adding to and improving our gym. We also have a fitness studio used for virtual and instructor led classes including Body conditioning, Yoga, Group Cycle and Pilates. Our 25 metre swimming pool offers fitness swim (11 years and over Lane swimming) swim for all (including our small pool) also water workout and deep water workout classes. We have a hugely successful swim school too offering adult and child swimming lessons all year round. We can’t wait to welcome you into the centre.
