Restart a Heart: Learn CPR and Help Save a Life!

On 16th October, our Wimbledon Leisure Centre and Spa Team will be running Restart a Heart sessions throughout the day, giving our customers and members the opportunity to learn some simple but incredibly valuable lifesaving skills.

Whether you’ve never performed CPR before or just want to refresh your knowledge, our friendly team will be on hand to show you the basics, including how to perform CPR and what to do in an emergency.

You’ll get the chance to have a go, ask questions and build your confidence in responding if someone suddenly becomes unresponsive and needs help.

You never know when these skills could make a difference

Knowing what to do in those crucial first moments of an emergency could help you save a life. That’s why we’re encouraging as many of our customers and members as possible to get involved.

It’s free, practical and potentially life-saving, and you don’t need any previous experience!
