Newham Leisure Centre offers a wide range of facilities to help you stay fit and active. Our two swimming pools are perfect for fitness or family fun, while the newly refurbished gym now features brand-new, top-of-the-range Technogym equipment and reconfigured workout zones. The gym offers dedicated women's only sessions as well as a dedicated women's only gym in the Multi Sports Centre. The main fitness class studio has also been upgraded with new flooring, lighting, AV and redecoration and we continue to offer a diverse class programme. A dedicated group cycle studio is also in development.Additional facilities include a running track, eight-court sports hall, grass and astro turf pitches and out-of-school access to the Multi Sports Centre for basketball, cricket, athletics and more. A new three-storey soft play area for under 10s is also coming later this year.
