East Ham Leisure Centre at 324 Barking Road serves the local community with extensive fitness and swimming options. The gym has everything for cardio and strength training, and there's a dedicated women-only gym available all day. The 25-metre pool is great for lane swimming and lessons, while the teaching pool gives younger swimmers a comfortable space to learn. There's also a flume for added fun. Group exercise classes include dance fitness, body conditioning, combat and aqua aerobics, with sessions running daily across our studios. The sports hall welcomes badminton, basketball and football, and we offer a creche to support parents during their workouts. Birthday parties bring celebrations to the pool, and we run programmes for older adults to stay active.
