East Ham Leisure Centre at 324 Barking Road serves the local community with extensive fitness and swimming options. The gym has everything for cardio and strength training, and there's a dedicated women-only gym available all day. The 25-metre pool is great for lane swimming and lessons, while the teaching pool gives younger swimmers a comfortable space to learn. There's also a slide, flume and bubble pool for added fun. Group exercise classes include group cycle, HIIT, Boxfit, power pump, dance fitness, body conditioning, combat, yoga, pilates and aqua aerobics, with sessions running daily across our studios. The sports hall welcomes badminton, basketball and table tennis, and we offer a creche to support parents during their workouts. Birthday parties bring celebrations to the pool, and we run programmes for older adults to stay active.
