Step Aerobics

Body Conditioning
Are you looking to improve your cardio fitness whilst building full body strength? If so, then this is the class for you! Our instructors will take you through a range of exercises that will get your heart rate up and your muscles burning.
Circuit Training
Our Circuit Training class will take you through a mix of exercises combining cardio and strength training, targeting the full body. There will be multiple stations set up and the class will perform each station in a circuit style with minimal rest between.
