Gym
Your two-floor, state-of-the-art gym has it all. With 67 cardio machines, 37 resistance machines, and a full selection of gym accessories, every workout is covered. Recently refreshed, the space now features modern equipment and a smart layout designed to help you concentrate, recharge and perform at your very best.
Women-only Gym
Our women’s only gym is designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and motivated every time you work out. With a wide range of cardio and resistance machines, plus all the accessories you need, every session is tailored to your goals. The space has been fully refreshed with modern equipment and a layout that makes it easy to focus, recharge, and achieve your personal best.
Fitness Class Studio
Our main fitness studio has just been upgraded to provide the perfect setting for group exercise classes, accommodating up to 40 participants. The refreshed space features steps, mats, studio bars with weights, and dumbbells to suit a variety of classes. With a state-of-the-art sound system, every session becomes an immersive, motivating experience that makes your workout both effective and enjoyable.
Swimming Pool
Dive into fun at our centre with two fantastic pools. Our 25-metre main pool features six lanes and poolside changing rooms, perfect for serious swimmers or casual laps. The teaching pool is ideal for swim lessons and parent-and-baby sessions, providing a safe, welcoming space for all ages. For extra excitement, we also have four water slides for a splash of fun. All pools are supported by family and accessible changing facilities, plus poolside spectator seating, so everyone can join in the action.
Sports Hall
Our versatile sports hall is the perfect place to get active, play with friends, or take part in organised sessions. The space features four badminton courts, a full football court, two basketball courts and two volleyball courts — so there’s something for all interests and skill levels. It’s ideal for casual games, team training or competitive matches, and can also be booked for events and activities when available.
Creche
Our Creche for under‑5s lets you enjoy your leisure time with peace of mind, knowing your little ones are safe, happy, and well cared for. Children can stay for up to two hours in our welcoming space. Spaces are limited and booking is essential, so please note that no-shows—including for prepaid members—will incur the full charge.
