Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or aiming to take your goals to the next level, our state-of-the-art gym has everything you need. Spread over two floors, it features 67 cardiovascular machines, 37 resistance machines, and a full range of gym accessories to suit every workout. We’ve also completely refreshed the space, with modern equipment and a thoughtful layout designed to help you focus, recharge, and reach your personal best.
Gym Inductions
Starting at a new gym can be daunting, especially if you are looking to kick-start your fitness journey. That is why we offer gym inductions run by our Fitness Instructors. Depending on your preference, we offer a 30-minute Basic Induction or a 60-minute Total Induction. These will provide an introduction and demonstration to the equipment, a gym programme can be provided on request and our Fitness Instructors will always be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Women's Only Gym
Did you know we have a women-only gym on the ground floor, designed specifically for women to feel comfortable, confident, and motivated? We run daily sessions tailored to women of all fitness levels, so whether you’re just starting out or pushing toward your goals, there’s something for you. Come on down and get active with a community of strong, like-minded women, enjoy modern equipment in a supportive environment, and focus on your fitness at your own pace.
Junior Gym
We believe it is integral that young people keep active as it offers numerous physical, mental and emotional benefits. That is why we offer Junior Gym sessions, a welcoming and supportive space where 11-17 year olds can get active and develop their fitness. A gym induction is required before attending their first session.
Sessions take place daily and include:
Monday-Friday 4pm-6pm
Saturday & Sunday 12noon-2pm
Parent and Teen Gym
Calling all gym members with children! Would you like to bring along your child to train with you in the gym for free? Our 'Adult and Junior Gym' sessions allow any pre-paid adult to bring a child to the gym with them for free. The reservation must be made by the adult who books the 'Adult and Junior Gym' session with their membership. Juniors do not need to book the session but must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times.

Refocus Session
Regular refreshing workout programmes every six weeks with the guidance of Fitness Instructors is an excellent way to maintain motivation, prevent plateaus, and achieve optimal results. If you feel as though you would like to refresh your workout, come and speak to one of our Fitness Instructors who will happily assist you.
Personal Training
Whether you are looking to get started on your fitness journey, or you feel like you need some extra guidance and support to help you reach your fitness goals, our team of Personal Trainers are on hand to help. They will work with you to design an exercise programme that works around your lifestyle and is best tailored to reach your specific goals. Whether that's building on strength or improving general fitness, our trainers will make it a fun and rewarding journey.
