We've made some changes to the car park at Arcadia Library & Leisure Centre earlier this year. This is to make sure that the car parking spaces are being used only by customers using the centre. Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) is in place at the centre

What this means for you

Parking will continue to be FREE for you for up to 3 hours if you're using the centre for health and fitness activities, the library, or lessons and courses.

How the ANPR car parking system works

Upon entering the car park, a camera will automatically record your number plate. After parking your car and entering the centre, you'll need to make sure that you input your car registration details into the iPad at reception each time you visit. If you do not do this, you will receive a fine.

Parking is not permitted on double yellow lines, double red lines or anywhere marked as a no parking zone.  The disabled bays are for use only by blue badge holders, which must be clearly displayed in the vehicle at the time of parking.

We're here to help!

If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to speak to a member of our team on your next visit.
