The gym and changing rooms at Dorking Sports Centre will be undergoing a full refurbishment and extension from Monday 1st September. These exciting improvements will upgrade our fitness facilities, providing members and visitors with a modern, spacious gym and enhanced changing areas designed for comfort and convenience.

A dedicated group cycle studio, situated on the ground floor with 20 Stages indoor bikes for instructor-led group cycle classes as well Myride virtual indoor classes, so you can work out even without an instructor.

Our large, first-floor fitness studio is filled with natural light and hosts a range of popular fitness classes throughout the week.

We have two pools for you to enjoy. Our main pool has a total distance of 25 metres, with 6 lanes. The teaching pool has a total length of 12m. Both pools have hoists available to ensure easy access for all.

The spacious first floor gym offers a variety of Technogym equipment with dedicated cardio, strength, resistance, stretch and functional training zones.

The 6 court Sports Hall is located on the ground floor with a spectator viewing area. As well as being available for hire, the sports hall provides a variety of activities including soft play, badminton and more.

Unwind and recharge at the cafe, where there are plenty of refreshments available, in a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Consisting of a sauna, steam room and shower the Health Suite is located poolside, just off the main 25m pool.

Our two outdoor tennis courts are available to book and located across the road from the centre, behind the Council buildings. The courts have floodlights available during the winter months.
