Teddington Pool and Fitness Centre on Vicarage Road sits moments from Teddington Station and a short distance from Bushy Park. The gym has strength training and cardio equipment, and there's a 25-metre pool for lane swimming alongside a teaching pool and hydrotherapy pool. Group classes cover yoga, Pilates, HIIT, group cycle, barre, boxfit and Les Mills programmes, with aqua sessions in the pool. The centre runs a busy swim school with lessons for juniors, and partners with Teddington Swimming Club and Richmond Swimming Club. There are also over-50s classes, junior gym sessions and rehabilitation programmes. We support local schools with swimming lessons and work with the community to keep residents active.
