Our cardiovascular equipment boasts the latest in technology touchscreens with Technogym Unity Screens. These screens enable users to surf the web, watch TV, sync in their USBs and are then able to view any documents saved to the USB sticks. Add to these various walking and cycling routes from around the world and some of the latest Application Games like Angry Birds, it makes exercising fun again!
We have an extensive range of resistance machines; you will find a machine to work every major muscle group in the body. We also have 9 stations of the Technogym Easy Line equipment, which is easy to use, no adjustments to make and can be completed in a small circuit style as a great training alternative. Feel free to speak to a member of staff for any help or assistance you may need using the machines.

Get creative with your workout in our brand new functional zone featuring a 20m sprint track, Technogym Omnia Rigs, punch bags and much, much more. Whether you're new to the gym or want to freshen your fitness routine our functional zone is the perfect answer. Plus, our Let’s Target Gym Classes take place in the functional zone, why not sign up for a class and work muscles you never even knew exsisited. Our Instructors are here to help you every step of the way! We run 30 'Let’s Target' Fitness Instructor lead sessions every week, from 7.30am in the mornings to 7.30pm in the evenings. These cover our Extreme Interval Training Classes, Core Stability to Stamina & Endurance sessions. We welcome people of all ages and abilities to workout and feel better.
