Competition Period

The Competition commences at 12:01am on 15/01/2024 and closes at 11:59pm on 31/01/2024.  After the closing date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.

Entry is only open to UK residents Only open to entrants aged 18 years or over.

To enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition visit Instagram social media accounts @ironmongerrowbaths & @Spaexperienceuk and enter the competition as per the instructions provided in the post

Entry Limit

Only one entry will be accepted per person.

Draw

All entries received by the Promoter during the Competition Period will be entered into the draw. The draw to determine the winner will take place at 17:00 01/02/2024  The winner will be picked at random using a raffle winner generator – Wheel of names

Unclaimed Prize Draw

In the event of any unclaimed prize(s), the Promoter will hold an unclaimed prize draw at 17:00 05/02/2024 in order to award the prize if unclaimed by that date.

Notification

Winners will be notified by direct message by 17:00 on 01/02/2024. Entrants are responsible for having ongoing access to the relevant inbox.  GLL’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Publication

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. The first name of the winners in the Draw will be published on the Promoter’s @ironmongerrowbaths Instagram  on 17:00 01/02/2024 not sure day and time of message to the winner can be the same as publication.

Use Of Data

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 

Prize(s)

The first eligible entry randomly drawn in the Draw from all entries  received during the Competition Period will win 2 hour Thermal spa session for 2 & a treatment of their choice   is this one treatment only Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Prize Distribution

The Prizes will be provided to each winner within fourteen (14) days of the relevant Draw date via a nominated email detailing the particulars for prize redemption.

Total Maximum Prize Value

Total maximum value of all Prize(s) awarded in the Competition is up to £150.  No cash alternative is available.
