Gosling Sports Park
Gosling Sports Park at Stanborough Road brings everything under one roof for the whole family. The gym covers cardio and weights with a functional training zone, while the spa pool and heat rooms give you space to recover after your workout. There's an athletics track, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, padel courts, squash courts and outdoor pitches for football and other sports. Classes include group cycle, yoga, functional fitness, gymnastics and body conditioning all week, with options for juniors and women-only sessions. The multi activity zone keeps kids bouncing, and there's soft play for younger ones. You can also hit the outdoor ski slope or work on your swing at the driving range with Trackman technology. We partner with local schools and sports clubs to keep Welwyn Garden City active.
