What happens if I fail to cancel or fail to attend my booked activity?

If you miss your booked activity without cancelling, a £3 no-show charge will be applied to your account automatically. 

You'll also be charged this fee if you forget to check in by scanning your membership card (physical or digital) or the QR code in-centre with the Better UK app. Without a proper check-in, your attendance can't be recorded. 

Cancellation policy and fees: 

  • Cancel more than 4 hours before the activity: no refund, but no charge
  • Cancel less than 4 hours before: no refund, plus a late cancellation fee
  • Don't cancel or forget to check in: £3 no-show fee

Any outstanding charges must be paid online or with the concierge in-centre before you can make another booking. Booking privileges may also be paused until fees are cleared.
