Cancelling an activity booking

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel a booking, you can do so quickly and easily through the Better UK App or online Customer Portal.

 

How do I cancel my booking?

Simply log into the Better UK App or Customer Portal to cancel your booking. 

Cancellations must follow our Terms & Conditions (Section 4: Activity Booking, Payment & Cancellations).

 

Will I receive a refund?

If you cancel at least 4 hours before your scheduled activity, you'll automatically receive a credit on your account. This credit is valid for 12 months and can be used for future activity bookings.

 

What happens if I cancel later or don't show up?

If you cancel within 4 hours of your booking or fail to attend, a £3 Late Cancellation to No-show charge will apply. 

This fee: 

  • Can be paid online or at your leisure centre.
  • Must be cleared before booking future activities.

We recommend cancelling as early as possible to avoid charges and allow others to book the slot.
