Why isn’t my reduced membership price being applied?

If you qualify for a reduced membership price, such as concessionary, senior, student, corporate, or other supported membership types, but the reduced price isn’t showing, it usually means your proof of eligibility has expired or hasn’t been updated.

To continue receiving the reduced price, please log in to your membership account and upload your current proof of eligibility. If we don’t receive updated documents within 20 days of your membership purchase or renewal, your membership may be suspended or returned to the standard price.
