Cancer is a disease which will affect a great many people in our community, either first hand, or through experience with the ones we love and care about. Support is available through our service, if your doctor refers to us for the physical activity service. However there are other very good support networks for those living with cancer, and for the people who support those living with the disease. There are many other conditions which may not have been mentioned specifically in this portal. In some cases, we cannot accept a referral if a condition is not on our criteria and inclusion list.
