Physical Activity in the Community
Children and young people aged 5-18 should be physically active for at least 60 minutes every day and should minimise the time spent sitting. Adults should aim to be active daily and do at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity (or at least 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity) each week.
