Nutrition Tips
3 Nutrition Tips for This Month
1. Prioritise protein in every Meal
Including a source of protein with each meal can help support muscle recovery, keep you feeling fuller for longer, and maintain energy levels throughout the day.
2. Eat the rainbow
Aim to include a variety of colourful fruits and vegetables in your diet. Different colours provide different vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to support overall health.
3. Plan healthy snacks
Having nutritious snacks on hand, such as fruit, yoghurt, nuts, or boiled eggs, can help prevent energy dips and reduce the temptation to reach for less healthy options
Training nutrition tips and recovery tips
3 tips for this month
1. Prioritise your warm-up
Spend 5-10 minutes preparing your body before each workout. A good warm-up can improve performance and help reduce injury risk.
2. Quality sleep matters
Recovery starts outside the gym. Aim for consistent sleep each night to support
muscle repair, energy levels, and overall wellbeing.
3. Track your progress
Keep a note of your weights, reps, or distances. Small improvements over time
add up and can keep you motivated towards your goals.
Health spotlight
When it comes to improving your health, it's often the small things you do consistently that make the biggest difference.
Here are a few habits worth focusing on this month:
Add more movement to your day
Not every workout has to be intense. A short walk, taking the stairs, or simply standing up more often can all boost your activity levels.
Focus on what you can add
Instead of cutting foods out, try adding more fruit, vegetables, water, and protein to your daily routine.
Schedule time for yourself
Whether it's a workout, a walk, reading a book, or simply switching off, make time for activities that help you recharge.
Think progress, not perfection
Healthy lifestyles are built over time. Small improvements repeated consistently are far more effective than drastic changes that don't last.
Remember: looking after your health is a marathon, not a sprint. Every positive choice counts.
