Circuits
Better results, faster. Push yourself to the limit with 30 minutes of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods that will keep your heart rate up and help you reach your goals quicker. We encourage you to work as hard as you can and the reward is rest. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
Virtual classes by Wexer
With over 1500 classes to chose from you will be spoilt by choice. These classes are available to play via our on demand player in the studio. Simply select your class and press play. You will have 60 seconds to prepare before your class starts on our giant projection screen.
