The Indoor Tennis Centre and Ozone Complex on Ormeau Embankment brings tennis, climbing and fitness together in one place, a short walk from Lanyon Place station. Our gym has cardio machines and weights alongside an outdoor gym space for training in the fresh air. There are Australian Open standard indoor tennis courts for matches plus an indoor climbing wall for all abilities. We also have out Lazer Tag room with sessions for up to 20 people running all week long. We offer both Tennis and climbing lessons for those new to the sports as well as cardio tennis sessions for those with some experiance. We have various group exercise classes running throughout the week including HIIT classes, yoga, Tai Chi or circuits. The 3G pitch is bookable for training or matches of 5, 7 or 11-a-side games. Laser Quest birthday parties are hugely popular with local families and are available to book all week long. We partner with Ulster Tennis, Mountaineering Ireland and Disability Sport NI to support community sport across Belfast.
