At Blaydon Leisure Centre, our Junior Gym sessions introduces younger members to exercise in a positive and engaging way. Each session is supervised by qualified instructors, ensuring a safe, fun, and confidence-building experience for every child.
Junior Gym
Our Junior Gym sessions give 11–17-year-olds the chance to get active and enjoy working out in a supportive environment. Whether they’re new to fitness or already love sports, our expert instructors are on hand to guide, motivate, and answer any questions along the way.
Sessions:
Monday-Friday, 3.30pm-5.30pm
Saturday & Sunday, 12pm-5.30pm
Adult and Junior Gym
Enjoy active family time at Blaydon Leisure Centre with our Adult and Junior Gym sessions. Pre-paid adults can train alongside juniors aged 11–17 in a fun, supportive environment. Juniors must also hold a membership.
Sessions:
Monday-Friday, 7am-8.30am & 6pm-8pm
Induction
Before jumping into Junior Gym sessions, all young members take part in a quick induction. Led by a trained fitness instructor, it’s a great way to learn how to use the equipment safely and start working out with confidence.
