We'll be running the following sessions:
- Tuesdays: 16:45 - 17:45 and 18:00-19:00
- Thursdays: 13:30 - 14:30 and 17:15 - 18:15
- Fridays: 17:15 - 18:15
- Saturdays: 08:45 - 9:45 and 15:00 - 16:00
- Sundays: 08:45 - 09:45 and 15:00 - 16:00
Open Water Swimming is the perfect way to stay fit and active during the winter whilst enjoying all of the amazing features that our venue has to offer. Places are limited so make sure to book ahead to avoid disappointment.
Open water swimming is not permitted anywhere in Lee Valley Regional Park except in supervised session at places such as Lee Valley White Water Centre and Herts Young Mariners Base – please don’t swim anywhere else.
