Barnet Copthall Leisure Centre offers Inclusive Swimming sessions with accessible entry and exit of the pool available. Carers also get access free of charge with a Fit and Active Barnet card.

Inclusive Memberships
We believe everyone should be able to enjoy staying active, no matter what your access needs are.
That’s why the UK-wide Inclusive membership gives people who are registered as disabled access to our gyms, swimming pools and fitness classes at Barnet Copthall Leisure Centre.
Inclusive Sensory Swim
At Barnet Copthall Leisure Centre, enjoy a dedicated sensory swim session in the Learner Pool designed for a calm, inclusive experience.
The pool features soothing lights and gentle sound effects, creating immersive colour patterns across the water, walls, and floor to support relaxation and comfort.
Swim sessions:
- Friday 1pm-1.45
- Sunday 4pm-4.45pm
Standard swim safety rules apply.

Pool Pods
Poolpod lifts give you independent, comfortable access to the pool, getting you swimming quickly and easily.
Poolpods are located at Barnet Copthall Leisure Centre in both the Competition Pool and Training Pool, a member of staff will be on hand to support you.
