Car Parking at Finchley Lido Leisure Centre

From 30th September, on each visit to Finchley Lido Leisure Centre all customers will need to register their vehicle for 4 hours of FREE parking at our reception. The company responsible for managing the car park at Finchley Lido Leisure Centre are introducing parking charges for cars parked for a period of over 4 hours. 

If you'd like to park for a longer period of 4 hours, you'll be required to purchase a car parking ticket from the machines, or pay via one of the mobile apps: ECPparkbuddy, RingGO or paybyphone. 

Please note; if you are only staying up to 1 hour, you do not need to register your vehicle at reception.

I'm a member, how long do I get for free?

All our customers regardless of type membership will receive 4 hours free parking.

Please ensure you register your vehicle on every visit or you will be charged.

I'm not a member, how long do I get for free?

All our customers coming to use our activities will receive 4 hours free parking. 

Please register you vehicle on one of the tablets in the centre. One is at reception and one on the first floor next to the studio. 

How do I register my vehicle?

You will be required to register your vehicle at the tablets either at reception or opposite the studio on the first floor. This will need to be completed on each visit to the centre.

My child does swimming lessons. Do I need to register my vehicle?

The first hour is free. If you are at Finchley Lido for less than an hour, you do not need to register your vehicle on the tablet.

Do I need to display a ticket on my window screen to show I have registered?

No, there are no tickets to display. Once registered on the tablet, this will recognise your number plate. If you are here for less than 1 hour, again there is no ticket to display. 

Do I need to register my car on every visit?

Yes, you must register on every visit.

Can I come through the car park twice in one day?

Yes, once you have left the car park your time re-sets. You can enter the car park more than once a day. 

How much do I pay after the 4 hours of free parking?

Parking tariff after 4 hours is as follows:
Up to 1 hour - FREE
Up to 2 hours - £2.00
Up to 4 hours - £4.00
Up to 8 hours - £6.00
Up to 24 hours - £8.00

How do I pay after the 4 hours free?

You can pay for parking with one of the following app providers - ECPparkbuddy, RingGo, paybyphone. Location ID: 687978

I've registered my vehicle at another Barnet centre, is it valid at Finchley Lido Leisure Centre?

No, the car parking system is ran by a third party at Finchley Lido Leisure Centre and therefore it is not the same agreement as the other centres in Barnet.
