Fancy a cardio session? Head to the cardio zone, where you can use treadmills, bikes, and cross trainers. With more than 90 stations, including a SkillMill and SkiErg, there’s plenty of choice to keep things interesting. Quieter gym sessions also give you space to train with fewer distractions.

Strength Zone

In the strength and free weights area, you’ll find dumbbells from 2kg to 40kg, along with a squat rack and cable jungle. It’s a solid setup for building strength or working on muscle tone. If you’re unsure about anything, the team are nearby to offer tips or support when you need it.

Functional Zone

Looking to change things up? The functional area is set out for battle ropes, kettlebells, and bodyweight circuits. It’s also where gym floor classes like HIIT take place. This space suits both new starters and regular gym users, with plenty of variety to keep sessions feeling fresh.

Resistance Zone

The resistance machines area helps you train all the main muscle groups in a clear and simple way. Equipment such as leg presses and lat pull-downs guide your movement, making them easy to use and helpful if you’re still building confidence. Staff are always around if you’d like a hand.
