Morden Leisure Centre has inclusivity in mind and in the same way, many of our activities are inclusive of people with additional needs. We also run some activities that are designed to specifically meet the needs of young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities.
Morden Lesiure Centre are now providing SEND swimming lessons as a further stepping stone in your childs journey onto group swimming lessons.
These lessons are taught with reduced child:teacher ratios, with a parent or guardian in the water, this better supports the child in the water.

At Morden Lesiure Centre we believe that swimming is for everyone, no matter what your support and access needs are. Swimming should be fun and exciting for all the family. During our Family Fun SEND Swim, well have plenty of floats and noddles available to entertain everyone.
We believe everyone should be able to enjoy staying active, no matter what your access needs are. That’s why our Inclusive membership gives people who are registered as disabled access to our gyms, swimming pools and fitness classes in Morden.
Poolpod lifts give you independent, comfortable access to the pool, getting you swimming quickly and easily. With our pool pods at Morden Leisure Centre, a member of staff will always be on hand to support your entry in and out of the pool.
